BIKE ORCHESTRA
Graduate students from Carnegie Mellon's CoDe Lab will build a series of music generating structures, including a bike, a seesaw, and another interactive play structure that control a digital orchestra. All of the structures have built in sensors to sense their speed, power generated and other variables. These variables control the tone, pitch, brightness and other properties of sounds and lights that are powered by the structures. The faster you pedal, the harder you play, the faster, brighter, and more dynamic the digital orchestra will be!
